In the production process, the springs Ironman undergo a number of processes to increase their strength and ensure adequate durability:

  • cold coiling (reducing the amount of heat during processing ensures greater manufacturing accuracy and durability)
  • triple torsion (minimizes settlement of the spring)
  • impact peening (increases surface hardness and reduces stress)
  • powder coating (provides high hardness coating resistant to external factors)
