All Ironman 4x4 springs are carefully engineered to ensure a safe and comfortable ride while maintaining ground clearance. Ironman 4x4 springs are manufactured from the purest manganese-silicon steel available on the market.
All springs are cold rolled to ensure perfect accuracy. They are formed to the exact size before being wound (Bar Peeling). This ensures that the diameter of the wire remains consistent and free of defects along the entire length.
Each spring is twisted three times to minimize settling.
All springs are percussion peened to reduce stress and increase hardness, greatly improving spring life.
For a durable finish, all springs are electrostatically powder coated.
